BREAKING: The AV Club has been BANNED

 This is a developing story, I will keep you posted as best I can, but this is what I know so far: as of 3:51pm today, “Splooginator” has been banned from Yahoo Video for violating their Terms of Service. As of right now, I am launching the AV Club’s “Save Our Cum Gun” campaign. Please, spread the word- Yahoo probably didn’t even watch the video, I bet they just banned it because it has the word ‘cum’ and ’splooge’ in the title. Pussies. Stick it to Yahoo- watch the video on Revver and tell Yahoo “cum on, its all in good fun!”. Spread the video that was too hot for Yahoo but is safe for anyone else, do it for us, do it for your First Amendment right to show a bunch of Suits covered in white, sticky bio-ooze (if that’s what you’re into), do it for the children. You know, you probably won’t like my comment, but I hop eyou at least think about it before you delete it and ‘censor’ me.
You’re First Admendment Rights are to share your believes on YOUR OWN website, or YOUR OWN FORUM, not someone elses.
When you sign up for a website to share your videos or to share your blogs or whatever you agree to ADBIDE my THEIR TERMS OF SERVICE. (Not yours.)
If you want to complain about Free Speech… Why not post the video ON your OWN SERVER that YOU pay for. Then Yahoo can’t ‘delete’ it (and neither can anyone else.)
It’s ovious you have a website here, hosted on a server, that you pay for or own. Upload your movies here, and then if it’s ‘banned’ then you should complain about free speech.
Free Speech is something we as a country have a right too. Yahoo is a BUSINESS not a country. As such you agree to their terms when you upload anything onto their servers.

This video can also be found at revver at the link provided above in the blog post, on youtube, vimeo, and linked on countless sites. We are just trying to fight the unfair banning of the video from yahoo, because we feel that it does not violate their TOS, its just sounds bad, but its really a benign video short about a real product released for kids. there’s nothing in your comment that i don’t agree with.
