The Sun Jar is a really simple idea, and is similar to others that I have seen before, but there is something that just appeals to me about the Sun Jar. A solar cell on the lid, frosted glass concealing LED Bulbs inside that shines when the Sun goes down. I think it’s that the Mason Jar and the way the lamp looks like a candle at night in this picture that make me think of the East Coast or something. I don’t know why, but I kind of want one. Sigh, I need to get out of LA for a little while. Check out the designer’s page; they say it is “coming soon”.
