London is so hardcore when it comes to traffic management. They have all kinds of speed cameras, congestion fees, automated tolls, and these: powerful little steel posts that prevent anyone but buses from driving in the bus lanes. I think the first guy is a tool who tried to gun it, the second couple I am willing to give the benefit of the doubt to, but would not be surprised if this was a brazen attempt to beat the system.
