Paul Kinsella secretly dropped 100 wallets in Belleville, Illinois to see who would return them, and who would keep them.

Each of the 100 wallets contained:
- $2.10 in real money.
- One fake $50.00 gift certificate.
- A clearly written ID card.
- Plus a few miscellaneous items.

At each location, a hidden camera recorded video of the individuals collecting the wallets. On the wallet test website, you can view videos of each wallet being collected.

The $50 gift certificates had a telephone number for redemption, and Paul has some telephone recordings of individuals calling in attempting to redeem the certificates.
