Artist Tim Knowles placed a small camera in a box and mailed it to himself. The camera looked out through a small hole in the box, and took a picture every 10 seconds. The result is a 6 minute video (that he has yet to release). Thankfully he does have an animated GIF (2 megs) on his site that depicts some of the action the camera captured.

He has a lot of interesting projects. I highly recommend taking a stroll through his site.
