According to this report, scientists have resurrected an ancient virus based on remnants of it still in our DNA today. Is humanity just insane? Why do we need to do this? Dubbed Phoenix, the virus is “wimpy” but still- WTF people, why do we need to do this? They claim that though risky, there are benefits in understanding modern virus traits… I say lets leave well enough alone.
